Grilled Pork Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork blade steaks, cut 3/4-inch thick
    1/3 c. Italian dressing
    3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Prepare coals to low or medium heat.
    Oil grid.
    Combine Italian dressing, mustard and pepper.
    Place pork 4 to 6 inches from heat to cook slowly for 12 to 18 minutes.
    Brush frequently with sauce.
    Turn with tongs.
    Continue cooking slowly for another 12 to 18 minutes, brushing with sauce to keep moist.
    Juices should run clear when done.
    Serves 2.
    Preparation time: 30 minutes.
    Cooking time: 30 minutes.
    Total time: 60 minutes.
