Yeast Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    5 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Scald milk.
    Add sugar, salt and butter.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Stir in 3 cups of flour until a thick batter.
    Add softened yeast and eggs.
    Add 2 cups of flour to make dough soft, but not sticky.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
