Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. peeled and chopped apples
Preparation
    Blend together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt, powder and soda and gradually mix with oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla mixture.
    Fold in pecans and apples.
    Pour into well greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in cake.
    Top with Apple Cake Topping.
