Curry-Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cut-up cooked chicken
2 1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chutney
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix in a large bowl, chicken, grapes, celery and green onion. In a blender mix mayonnaise, milk, chutney and curry powder.
Blend well and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over chicken mixture and stir.
Best made the day before.
Good served with cantaloupe and avocado.
