Corn Relish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, celery seed, salt and pepper in large glass bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; toss lightly.
Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
Makes 6 servings.
