Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground meat
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. sage
    1 small onion
    14 saltines, coarsely crumbled
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Form into a loaf pan and cover with sauce.
    Cover loosely with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
