Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
3/4 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can whole kernel corn
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar/Colby)
jalapeno peppers or mild green chilies (whichever you can handle)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all together. Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Do not burn.
