Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 to 4 slices bread
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Preparation

Tear bread into small pieces and cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered dish.
Cook and drain sausage.
Add to dish.
Add cheese (reserving some for top), eggs, salt and mustard.
Pour over mixture in dish.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes (can be made the night before and put in refrigerator).
