Homemade Cheese - cooking recipe

3 or 4 gal. milk (fresh cow milk)
Preparation

Put this in a bowl for a day or two.
Skim cream off of the top, then let milk turn to clabber.
Put in a large pot and heat until it feels warm to touch, then strain it in a flour sack. Hang on line and let it drip dry.
