Filled Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. finely grated raw carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 15 x 10 x 2-inch pan. Set aside. Combine flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside. Combine sugar, oil and egg in a large bowl.
    Add vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture; blend well.
    Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Pour in pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
