Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up or 8 chicken breasts
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix together and roll the chicken pieces in the mixture.
    In an electric skillet, heated to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening.
    Cook until done.
