Oven-Easy Baked Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. young rabbit
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. finely rolled salted cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Dip pieces of rabbit meat in melted margarine, then roll in mixture of crumbs and salt.
    Place pieces in greased shallow baking dish, but do not crowd.
    Drizzle any remaining butter over pieces.
    Bake, uncovered, until fork-tender, about 1 hour or longer.
