Party Cheese-Nut Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. finely diced onion
1 Tbsp. finely diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely diced and drained canned pimiento
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
2 oz. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

In 1-quart bowl, combine cheese, mixing until well blended; add remaining ingredients except nuts and stir to combine.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until mixture is well chilled, about 1 hour.
