Mexican Cornmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. Mazola oil
    1 c. cream style corn
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 onion
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes 24 muffins.
