Hash Brown Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese over casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
