Potato-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. melted butter (1/2 c. for casserole, 1/4 c. for topping)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns and combine in large bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter, seasonings, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Blend well by hand.
    Put into buttered casserole dish (large).
    Mix 1/4 cup butter and corn flake crumbs.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
