Pork And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. country style pork
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    4 c. water
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Cover pork with water; add onion and garlic.
    Cook over medium heat until pork is tender.
    Add mushroom soup, rice, salt and pepper.
    Cook slow until rice is done.
    Cooks better with cover on.
