Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon, including liquid
    corn meal
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. oil (to fry)
    1 egg (to bake)
    lemon (to bake)
    1 Tbsp. water (to bake)
Preparation
    Mix corn meal with the salmon; add corn meal to absorb liquid and form into soft patties.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Patties may be fried or baked.
