Vegetable-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked long-grain rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. curry powder or to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter 1-quart baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well.
    Turn into dish. Bake until heated through, about 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
