Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 medium pkg. Doritos
    1 can pitted olives (ripe)
Preparation
    Combine ground turkey or chuck with soup and enchilada sauce. Pour into cake pan.
    Top with Doritos.
    Place in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Take out of oven.
    Place cheese on top and place back in the oven just long enough to melt cheese.
    Take out of oven and sprinkle with chopped ripe olives.
