Untossed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    small pkg. fresh spinach
    10 oz. small baby peas
    6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. bacon
    8 stalks green scallions
    generous layer of mayonnaise
    1 lb. Swiss cheese
Preparation
    In layers in large glass bowl:
    lettuce and spinach (small pieces), peas, crumbled eggs, crumbled bacon, green scallions (cut finely), mayonnaise and grated Swiss cheese.
    Cover with Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight.
