Lebanese Rolled Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large head fresh cabbage
    1 lb. steak, ground on chili plate
    1 large can tomatoes (save juice to pour over cabbage just before cooking)
    2/3 c. rice (raw)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    salt (be liberal)
    pepper (small amount)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    This same stuffing can be used for rolled grape leaves or stuffed yellow-necked squash.
