Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
Preparation

In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs.
Add flour, salt, milk and cheese.
Rinse chilies and remove seeds.
Place chilies in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Pour egg mixture over chilies and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
