Ingredients

4 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. grated lemon zest (peel)
2/3 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

In bowl combine ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill.
Freeze in ice cream freezer as manufacturer directs.
Makes 12 servings.
