Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    4 tomatoes, peeled, chopped and drained
    basil
    oregano
    pepper
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake pie shell until almost done.
    Place chopped tomatoes in pie crust.
    Top with liberal amount of basil, oregano and pepper. Mix mayo, onion and cheese together; spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
