Potato Soup (Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, sliced
    2 onions, chopped
    1 carrot, pared and sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Top with croutons.
