Quickmix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. dry milk
    2 1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    In
    a large bowl sift all dry ingredients.
    Blend well. Cut in
    shortening.
    Put
    in
    airtight container.
    Store in a cool dry place.
    Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
    This can be used inter-changeably with Bisquick.
