Steak Marinated In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-inch thick chuck steak
    2 c. dry red wine
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wipe meat with a damp paper towel.
    Place meat in a roasting bag or deep dish.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Tie roasting bag or cover dish.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Turn meat.
