Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water in saucepan until tender. Cool.
    Peel potatoes.
    Combine with melted margarine, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk in mixer bowl. Beat until smooth or process in blender for creamy mixture.
    Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Cut 1/3 cup margarine into flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar in small bowl until crumbly. Add pecans; mix well.
    Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 10 servings.
