Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 large apples, sliced
    cinnamon
    sugar
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients.
    Pour small amount of batter into a greased tube pan.
    Add a layer of apples and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the apples, then add another layer of batter.
    Cover with another layer of apples, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
    Continue layering until ingredients are used. Apples to be last layer; top with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
