Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt 1/2 cup butter.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch dish.
Add 1/2 package of hash browns.
In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk and green onions.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over hash browns.
Pour remainder of mixture on top.
Add remainder of hash browns.
Pour remainder of mixture on top. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top.
Cover with crushed corn flakes.
Pour 2 tablespoons of melted margarine over mixture.; Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
