Crawfish Etoufe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen crawfish
    2 sticks butter
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    5 stalks chopped celery
    1 large chopped green pepper
    4 to 6 servings cooked rice
Preparation
    Before going to work, combine all ingredients in crock-pot. Serve over rice.
