Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beets
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix juice from beets, vinegar and water, then mix sugar and flour together.
    Add to juice mixture.
    Cook until thick.
    Add butter, salt and beets.
    Cook 5 minutes.
