Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole pork tenderloins
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. red food coloring
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 green onion, cut in half
Preparation
    Remove fat, combine all ingredients . Put pork in and soak 1 hour at room temperature or overnight.
    Drain pork.
    Keep liquid. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Baste with liquid marinade.
