Grandma'S Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggs, beaten
    water
    flour
    salt
    chicken or other broth
Preparation
    For each egg, beaten, add 1 tablespoon of water, a little salt and enough flour to roll the dough as thin as possible.
    Let dry on the breadboard until the small noodles can be cut without sticking or cracking.
    If wish to keep for a while, let noodles dry after cutting and put in freezer.
    Otherwise, cook noodles in one or more pints of chicken or any other broth, or water, for 15 to 20 minutes.
