Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh carrots
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Slice carrots into rounds and cook until tender; drain.
Mix sugar and flour.
Add orange juice; cook until thickened.
Pour over carrot slices; add oleo.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
