Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
rind and juice of 2 lemons
yolks of 2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. milk
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff; fold in last.
Put in unbaked pie crusts.
Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
