Jail House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    3 well beaten eggs
    2 sticks melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed potatoes and yeast
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix well and put in a greased bowl in refrigerator.
    Cover with a damp cloth.
    Take out what is needed. Let rise and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remainder of dough will keep several days in refrigerator.
