Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    7 oz. bag flat noodles
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    6 green onions and tops
    1 c. sour cream
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef until crumbly in butter.
    Add garlic, salt, sugar, pepper and tomato sauce.
    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions; drain.
    Chop onion; mix with cream cheese and sour cream after meat sauce and noodles have cooled.
