Stuffed Green Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large or 6 small green bell peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. quick cooking oats
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers; remove seeds.
    Combine ground beef, egg, onion, oats, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into peppers, pressing gently. Arrange in a 3-quart microwave-safe baking dish.
    Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over peppers.
    Microwave covered on High for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
