Crunchy Frozen Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
9 c. water
4 c. sugar
4 c. water
16 oz. bottle lemon juice
2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
2 large bottles ginger ale or 7-Up
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 9 cups of boiling water.
Combine sugar with 4 cups water and bring to a boil.
Add to the Jell-O mixture and set aside to cool.
When cool, add lemon juice and pineapple juice. Mix well and freeze in plastic containers.
When ready to serve, place in hot water to loosen.
Place in large punch bowl.
Add ginger ale or 7-Up.
Makes 50 cups.
Color is determined by Jell-O used.
