Hasty Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 egg white
    2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine butter and egg white; beat well.
    Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well.
    Gently stir in vanilla.
    Spread on cake.
