1817 Plantation Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 eggs
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, cubed
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) sharp Cheddar, cubed
    1/2 tube sausage
Preparation
    Mix eggs, parsley, pepper and salt together well.
    Add cubes of cheese.
    Brown sausage, breaking into small pieces.
    Drain well.
    Cover bottom of casserole dish with sausage.
    Pour egg mixture on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
