Microwave Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Microwave ingredients in 1 1/2-quart bowl on High 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every minute. Serve on hot cooked pasta, vegetables or fish.
Makes 1 cup.
