Beef Stroganoff Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef
1 large onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 oz. bag wide egg noodles
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 can mushroom buttons
Preparation

Cut beef into small bite size strips. Brown in skillet with cooking oil, onion and mushrooms until tender. Cook egg noodles. Put noodles in lightly greased Pyrex dish or pan. Spread meat mixture over noodles. Add 1/2 soup can of milk to mushroom soup and pour over casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(This is a good way to use leftover roast.)
