Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw Minute rice
    1 cut up fryer
    1 can chicken soup *
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Sprinkle the rice in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Arrange the fryer on top of the rice. Dilute the chicken soup with the water.
    Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over all. Bake, covered, for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
