Yum Yum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sugar-free Angel Food Cake
    1 large can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
    1 large sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    Milk for pudding
    1 large fat-free Cool Whip
Preparation
    Break cake into pieces and place in oblong dish.
    Cover cake with crushed pineapple, juice included.
    In a separate bowl, mix pudding according to directions on box and pour over cake and pineapple.
    Cover with Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
