Old South Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine flour and margarine until crumbly.
Add buttermilk. Stir until mixture leaves sides of bowl.
Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth.
Roll out thick and cut with round cutter. Place on baking sheet (may be brushed with melted margarine before baking).
Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
