Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    Beat egg and add to water and vinegar.
    Mix into flour.
    Mix well and roll out. Makes 4 single pie crusts.
