Garlic Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cut each chicken breast in 3 or 4 strips.
Salt each piece with garlic salt and pepper.
Place in bowl and drench with buttermilk so each piece is covered.
In separate bowl mix flour, garlic salt and chili powder thoroughly.
Dredge each piece thoroughly in flour mixture and drop in hot oil to fry until golden brown.
Serve hot.
